With our views blocked by concrete and metal, it is easy to forget that New York is surrounded by water. That’s why on Saturday, the third annual City of Water Day Festival will let the masses ferry, paddle, row, canoe and kayak their way to the city’s waterfronts for a full day of free activities sponsored by the Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance and Friends.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., I Fish NY will offer family fishing clinics on the west side of Governors Island ...
